This airplane is your classic 180 with a couple extra features that make it an exceptional short and soft field performer. The Robertson Stol kit is excellent for decreasing takeoff and landing distances while the bigger wheels and brakes make make soft fields easier to handle. The owner has kept the plane hangared in a very dry climate since it was owned. There is little if any corrosion to speak of. The plane has been well maintained and has complete logs.
