Comments:

This aircraft is a great buy. It is a nice 1981 172 with great IFR gear. It has relatively new paint job and interior. The engine and prop have just both been overhauled. It has a fresh pitot static just done. . The engine is the good lycoming 0-320-D2J engine. It now has a fresh annual and is currently having a couple hours put on it and is working great.
